Hungry Jack's runs this as a pair, one with Jack's fried chicken and one with a flame-grilled chicken breast, both dressed the same way. The version pictured is the fried one, a thick crumbed fillet on a toasted brioche bun. The Napoletana part is a tomato and herb sauce, the kind you would find on a chicken parmi, laid over bacon with melted cheese and mayo. The grilled version swaps in a sesame bun. Both ran as limited time burgers.
