Pistachio Papi is an Australian dessert brand built on pistachio spread, and this is the first time it's gone into a national chain's soft serve. The drizzle is swirled through Hungry Jack's vanilla with a cookie crumb, so the pistachio turns up as a sauce rather than as a flavoured base. That difference does more than it sounds like it should. A pistachio-flavoured soft serve has to carry the nut through the entire cup, and what usually carries is almond essence. A drizzle leaves the vanilla intact and lets the pistachio arrive in ribbons, which is closer to how the spread gets eaten out of the jar. The crumb is there for the texture a spread doesn't have. A Storm is Hungry Jack's blended soft serve rather than a sundae, so the mix-ins are folded through instead of poured over. The same collaboration runs as a shake. Both landed in 2026.
