Sausage & Egg Muffin

What is it?

Pork sausage patty, folded egg and a slice of cheese sit on a toasted English muffin. It’s one of the classic Hungry Jack’s breakfast muffins, built on the same simple format as the Bacon & Egg version, just with sausage instead of bacon. Compared with the newer Turkish roll breakfast items, it’s a smaller, denser stack with a soft crumb, a set egg layer and a mildly salty cheese slice. Some locations still serve it, even though it’s no longer a main breakfast headline.
