Same flame-grilled beef patty, sesame seed bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup and mayonnaise as the standard Whopper, but with a slice of melted cheese added. It's assembled hot so the cheese softens over the patty rather than sitting separately on top. Compared with the plain burger, the extra cheese shifts the balance a bit towards salt and dairy richness without changing the rest of the build. It's still the same large burger format, just with one more ingredient in the stack. Simple addition, but it changes the way the whole thing eats.
