What is it?

Shredded cabbage and carrot are mixed through a sweet, creamy mayonnaise dressing, so the texture stays soft but still has a bit of crunch. KFC's version leans sweeter than many deli-style slaws, with a light tang running through the dressing. Served cold as a side, it’s part of the brand’s long-running fried chicken setup, where the chill of the slaw contrasts with the heat and salt of the chicken.
