Creamy Garlic is the plainest idea in KFC Australia's sauce range: garlic carried in a creamy base, the same territory as aioli and the garlic sauce served with kebabs across the country. It's one of eleven sauces that went onto the permanent menu in 2026, when KFC relaunched its Original Tenders in a bigger size and built a Dip'd range around sauces rather than burgers. Garlic and fried chicken is an old pairing, from Korean fried chicken shops to Middle Eastern garlic toum, and a garlic sauce gives the coating something rich to sit against without adding heat or sugar. Sold in a 25 mL pot with a blue lid, the only blue in the range.
