Honey mustard balances the sweetness of honey against the sharpness of mustard, and it's been a standard partner for chicken tenders in American fast food for decades. KFC Australia brought it into a sauce range that went national in 2026. It arrived in the same launch that made the Original Tenders bigger and introduced the Dip'd range, and honey mustard has long been one of the sauces most associated with tenders as a format. It sits between the sweet sauces and the sharper ones in the line-up of eleven, closer to Sweet & Sour than to the barbecue options but with mustard's bite underneath. Sold in a 25 mL pot with an orange lid.
Bigger tenders, a Dip'd range and eleven permanent sauces, from Chimichurri Ranch to Liquid Gold. Which are new, which Britain had first, and which two are filler.
