Popcorn chicken pieces are packed into a single slab on a sesame seed base, with cheese sauce holding everything together. It's served as a pull-apart block, so the outer bits stay more crisp while the centre runs softer and cheesier. Compared with standard KFC popcorn chicken, the format is the main difference here. Instead of loose pieces in a box, you get a dense, shareable slab with some melted cheese strings when it's torn apart. In Australia, it's usually a limited-time item, rather than part of the regular menu.
