Regular hot chips get tossed with Nando’s PERi-PERi seasoning, a dry blend built around chilli, salt, garlic and paprika. They’re sold as a side, alongside plain chips in the Nando’s lineup, and the difference is mostly in the dusting rather than the fry itself. Crinkled edges and a soft centre help the seasoning cling, so each chip carries more flavour than a standard salted serve. You’ll usually get them hot and ready to eat, with the heat sitting in the spice mix rather than a sauce.
