What is it?

Flame-grilled and basted in your chosen PERi-PERi heat, this whole chicken comes served as an entire bird, cut into pieces for sharing or not. You get the usual mix of breast, thigh, wing and leg, with charred skin and sauce clinging to the surface. Compared with smaller Nando's chicken orders, the whole-bird format gives you more of the dark and light meat in one go. It’s cooked over flame rather than fried, then finished with sauce, so the texture runs from crisp edges to juicy centres depending on the cut and the heat level you pick.
