Chicken & Cheese Burger

What is it?

Flame-grilled chicken breast sits under a slice of melted cheese on a toasted bun, with no lettuce, tomato or sauce in the way. It’s built from a short list of parts, so the flavour comes mostly from the chicken, the milkiness of the cheese and the soft bun. In Oporto’s lineup, this is the plainest burger in the Snacks range, smaller and simpler than the fuller burgers with extras. The chicken is grilled rather than crumbed, and the cheese goes on hot enough to soften over the meat before serving.
