Chicken Rappa

What is it?

Grilled chicken strips sit with Oporto’s chilli sauce, lettuce, cheese and mayo in a flour tortilla. Compared with the Bondi Burger, this wrap uses the same flavour profile in a tighter, more portable format, with the fillings spread through the whole thing rather than centred in one piece of chicken. Because the strips are cut up, you get chicken in more bites, and the tortilla keeps everything pressed together. It’s part of Oporto’s Rappa line, which uses the same general ingredients as the burgers but swaps the bun for a wrap.
