Spiced chicken pieces are formed into small balls, coated, then fried until the outside turns crisp. Oporto serves them as their popcorn chicken-style snack, and the spicy version adds chilli seasoning to the crumb for a kick that builds with each piece. Each ball is bite-sized with a round shape that gives plenty of crunch around the chicken inside.
