Three flame-grilled chicken fillets sit on a bun with Oporto’s chilli sauce, lettuce and mayo, pushing the Bondi Burger format well past its usual shape. The stack comes with three thick grilled pieces rather than the single fillet used in the standard version, so the chicken-to-bread ratio is front and centre. Compared with the Double Bondi, this one adds another fillet and, with it, more height, more sauce and a harder-to-manage build. It’s a fast food burger, but the structure starts to feel like a small engineering problem once the fillets are stacked.
