The stripped-back version of the BBQ range, with one meat and no drizzle. Lightly seasoned beef and mozzarella on a rich BBQ sauce base. That makes it the most direct comparison on the menu for what the BBQ sauce actually contributes. On the Meatlovers or the Butcher's Block the sauce is balancing several meats at once, where here it's the only thing the beef has to work against, so the sweetness and the smoke come through far more clearly. Beef on pizza is more common in Australia than in most markets, where sausage or pepperoni tends to fill the same role. It's one of the plainest things on the menu, which is rather the point of it.
