The most heavily loaded pizza on the menu, carrying six meats: steak, streaky bacon rashers, pepperoni, smoky honey ham, tender chicken and Italian sausage. The hollandaise drizzle is the unusual part, and the reason this isn't simply a larger BBQ Meatlovers. Hollandaise is an egg yolk and butter emulsion, rich but slightly sour from the lemon in it, and that acidity is what stops six meats collapsing into one salty mass. Steak is the other thing separating it. Where the rest of the range uses seasoned beef, whole pieces of steak hold their texture rather than spreading into the cheese around them. A rich BBQ sauce base sits under all of it.
