One of two pizzas on the menu built on an alfredo base rather than tomato, which is a bigger change than it sounds. Tomato sauce is acidic and cuts through fat, where a cream sauce adds to it instead. That suits chicken and bacon. Chicken is lean enough to dry out and bacon is salty enough to want something to sit in, so a cream base does both jobs at once. Mushroom and onion go on top, with parsley finishing it. The parsley isn't decoration. It's the only fresh green note anywhere on a pizza that is otherwise entirely cream, cheese and meat, and it lifts the whole thing.
