Paneer is a fresh Indian cheese that holds its shape when heated rather than melting, which is exactly what makes it useful on a pizza. Diced through the toppings it stays as distinct cubes against the mozzarella melting around it. That gives two cheese textures on the same pizza, which is unusual outside of a cheese-focused one. Spicy jalapenos and chilli flakes bring the heat, with juicy pineapple, roasted red capsicum, green capsicum and onion filling it out, and garlic finishing. It's one of two paneer pizzas on the Australian menu, both vegetarian, and a fair reflection of how far Indian influence has reached into mainstream fast food here.
