What is it?

Crispy fried chicken fillet, melted cheese, pickles and sauce are stacked in a toasted bun for a straightforward burger build. It keeps the Red Rooster fried chicken format but adds a slice of cheese, so the hot fillet melts it a little before you bite in. Compared with the standard Reds Burger, this version brings extra salt and a softer, creamier centre from the melted cheese. Pickles add sharpness, while the sauce ties the bun and chicken together. It's a newer menu item in the lineup, built from the same base parts but with cheese folded in for an extra layer of richness.
