

Swapping out the usual mayo for honey BBQ sauce, this version of the Rippa Roll takes the same crumbed chicken strip in a soft roll and gives it a sweet, smoky glaze. The sauce clings to the chicken and softens into the bread, so the roll eats a bit stickier than the standard version. Compared with the rest of the Rippa lineup, it's the same basic format: one strip, bread roll, and sauce doing most of the work. Red Rooster also uses honey BBQ on a few other items, but here it's paired with the simple chicken-and-bread setup.
