What is it?

Crispy chicken strips, napoli sauce and melted cheese come wrapped in a tortilla with the usual salad fillings, following the same handheld format as Red Rooster’s Rippa Roll. It’s built on the brand’s wrap-style line rather than a burger bun, so the structure stays soft while the filling leans saucy and warm. Compared with the standard Rippa, this version swaps in chicken parmigiana-style toppings, bringing tomato sauce and cheese into the mix. The result is more like a parmi in wrap form than a classic chicken roll, with the chicken staying fried and the sauce doing most of the work.
