What is it?

Lean, white breast meat sits inside a seasoned crumb, fried until golden into boneless strips designed for dipping. The crisp outer layer holds up in a box, wrap or on its own. Compared with other Red Rooster chicken, they're the straightforward option, closer to a snackable strip than a piece on the bone. Served as part of the chain's fast food range, they usually come with sauce choices on the side. Crumb seasoning is mild enough to let the dipping sauce take the lead, whether that's ranch, sweet chilli or aioli.
