What is it?

Crumbled falafel is spread across Subway’s bread instead of served as whole balls, then topped with salad and the usual fillings. It’s built from chickpeas, herbs and spices, so the texture lands somewhere between a soft patty and a loose crumble, with cumin and parsley running through each bite. Compared with the Falafel Delight in Subway’s Australian lineup, this version swaps intact falafel pieces for a more even spread across the sub. That means less contrast between the centre and the edges, and more of the falafel mix in every mouthful.
