What is it?

Compared with Zambrero's burritos and bowls, these are the lighter option, with less tortilla and a shorter bite. They're usually ordered in pairs or triples, so you can mix fillings like chicken, beef or pork without committing to a larger meal. Inside, the tortilla stays soft and pliable rather than crisp.
