A 320g stone baked thin crust with Angus beef and mozzarella on BBQ bourbon sauce. The sauce is the surprise here: this is the only thin crust in the range that skips tomato entirely, and bourbon gives the BBQ base a deeper, slightly sweeter edge than the Meat Lovers. Naming the beef breed is positioning more than flavour, but the beef is crumbled rather than sliced, so it spreads across the base instead of clustering into a few bites. Stone baking gives a firmer crust than conveyor baking, which matters on a pizza carrying a wet sauce and meat. It's the only pizza in the Aldi Australia freezer built on beef rather than pork, and at four serves from 320g it stays lighter than the family rounds despite that.
