Layered pasta sheets meet beef bolognese, bechamel and cheese in this frozen lasagne. Sauce has visible mince and herbs, with the pasta, meat sauce and white sauce stacked in clear layers after cooking. In the oven, the cheese top browns and bubbles, while the centre stays saucy and soft. It's sold as a 400g single serve and a 2kg family size in Aldi's International Cuisine range. Compared with other meals in that lineup, it sits in the larger, bake-it-at-home format rather than the microwaveable trays. Single serves work out at under a dollar per 100g, and the family size comes in lower again.
