A 335g thin crust carrying mozzarella, tomato and edam. Running two cheeses is what separates it from a plain margherita: edam is firmer and nuttier than mozzarella and holds its shape where mozzarella melts flat. It's the lightest pizza in the range and the most restrained. With only cheese and tomato on a thin base, there's nothing to hide behind, so the crust does most of the work. Vegetarian by construction rather than by substitution, which isn't true of every meat-free frozen pizza. It sits alongside the spinach version as one of two vegetarian options in the thin crust line, and it's the simpler of the pair.
