Supreme usually means everything at once, but Aldi's keeps the list to four: mozzarella, ham, capsicum and onion on a 500g traditional base. No mushroom, no olives, no pineapple. That restraint helps. Capsicum and onion both release moisture as they cook, and a base carrying four toppings copes with that better than one carrying seven. The vegetables stay distinguishable instead of collapsing into the cheese. It rounds out the family trio alongside the Hawaiian and the Meat Lovers, and it's the compromise choice when nobody agrees.
