A stone baked round topped with mozzarella, ham, red and green capsicum, onion and black olives. Black olives are the detail that separates this from most supermarket supremes, which usually stop at ham, capsicum and onion. Olives are salty and slightly bitter, and they cut through the sweetness the capsicum and onion release as they cook. Five toppings is a lot of moisture for one base, which is where the stone baked crust earns its place: it starts drier and firmer than a conveyor-baked one. Like the rest of the Family Favourites line, it's sold from the chiller rather than the freezer.
