A 350g stone baked thin and crispy pizza topped with mozzarella, Angus beef, red capsicum and onion. Naming the beef breed is positioning rather than flavour, but the beef arrives as crumbled pieces spread across the base rather than clustered, which matters on a pizza this thin. Red capsicum and onion both give up water in the oven, so a crisp base is doing real work holding them. It's the only beef pizza in the Della Rosa frozen range and sits between the plain pepperoni and the BBQ Meat Lovers in the Thin & Crispy line. The vegetables make it the least meat-dominated of the three.
