A 350g stone baked thin and crispy pizza carrying bacon, beef and ham with BBQ sauce and onion under mozzarella. Three meats on a thin base is a lot to ask, and the BBQ sauce is what holds it together. It adds sweetness and smoke that a plain tomato sauce wouldn't, and it gives the bacon, beef and ham a common flavour rather than leaving them competing. This is the heaviest pizza in the Thin & Crispy line. The onion is the only thing on it that isn't meat, cheese or sauce, which is a fair description of what a meat lovers pizza is meant to be.
