A 350g stone baked thin and crispy pizza with mozzarella and pepperoni, and nothing else. Pepperoni releases oil as it heats, and a thin base has little capacity to absorb it, so it pools on the surface and browns the rim hard. Stone baking helps here more than on a topping-heavy pizza, since a drier crust copes better with fat sitting on it. It's the simplest pizza in the Thin & Crispy line and the most direct comparison to every other supermarket pepperoni. With two ingredients above the sauce, the base carries the result.
