Beef mince, cheese and bacon sit inside Four’N Twenty’s oblong Traveller pastry, a hand-held format made to eat without a plate. It’s a baked frozen pie, usually heated from frozen until the pastry is crisp and the centre is hot. Compared with the standard round pies in the Four’N Twenty range, the Traveller shape gives the filling a longer sealed seam and more room for a loaded centre. The cheese melts through the mince, while the bacon brings in smoky, salty bits throughout.
