Chicken Breast Schnitzel

What is it?

Flat chicken breast fillets in a crumb coating, sold frozen and ready for the oven. The schnitzel format is wider and flatter than tenders, so each piece lands more like a plate-sized cutlet than a snack. Bake from frozen until the crumb turns golden and the chicken is cooked through. From there, it can stay plain with chips and salad, or take the usual parmigiana route with napolitana sauce and cheese in the last few minutes. Compared with other Ingham’s chicken products, it sits closer to a main course than to nuggets or tenders.
