Free-range chicken breast sits around a garlic butter centre, then gets coated in crumbs for oven baking. Cut it open and the butter runs into the crumb, which is the whole point of a Kyiv. Compared with other Ingham's freezer favourites, this one uses free-range chicken breast rather than standard poultry. It's a frozen crumbed chicken main, built for baking from frozen, with the familiar Kiev format of meat, flavoured butter and a crunchy exterior. Garlic comes through strongly once the butter melts, and the crumb crisps up nicely in the oven without needing oil. Each breast is individually packed, so you can cook one or two at a time depending on how many you're feeding.
