Sweet chilli flavoured crumb coats these breast strips, with mild heat and a sticky, sugary finish that caramelises slightly in the oven. Using the tender format rather than a nugget or schnitzel means longer pieces with a crisper coating around the outside and more surface area for the seasoning to sit on. They sit in the frozen range alongside plain crumbed tenders and Southern-style versions, but the seasoning leans more towards sauce-like sweetness than spice.
