Fresh ravioli parcels in a 600g pack, filled with seasoned beef and made to be cooked in boiling water rather than kept on the shelf. The pasta is soft and silky once cooked, with a sealed edge that helps the filling stay inside. Compared with dried pasta or lasagne-style meals in the On The Menu range, this is more of a quick base than a full sauced dinner. Serve it with Napoli, cream, browned butter and sage, or just olive oil and parmesan.
