Crumbed chicken breast, tomato sauce, ham and melted cheese fill a 480g frozen tray, with sides in the pack. Chicken is whole breast rather than reformed, and the crumb stays on the crisp side of dry once heated. Big Feast trays use a larger format than many of the brand's other frozen mains, so the parma has room to fit. Tomato sauce sits under the cheese, with the ham layer adding salt and a bit of chew. Oven cooking gives you a crunchier result, while microwave trades that for speed and convenience.
