

Pasta parcels filled with ricotta and basil pesto, these agnolotti come in a 600g frozen pack. Inside, the filling is green-flecked and creamy, with the pesto bringing garlic, basil and nutty parmesan notes through a thin pasta shell. Cook them from frozen, then toss with butter, olive oil or a simple sauce. Compared with other On The Menu filled pastas, this one leans more herb-forward than plain cheese versions. Small, folded parcels hold their shape well and give you a neat ratio of pasta to filling in each bite. Because the pesto does most of the flavour work already, you don't need a heavy sauce on top to make the bowl interesting.
