At 310g this is the lightest of the meat pizzas in the range: pepperoni over mozzarella and Edam on passata, and nothing else. Pepperoni releases oil as it cooks and a thin base has no capacity to absorb it, so the oil pools on the surface and runs to the edges. That's characteristic of the style rather than a flaw, though it does mean the rim browns hard. The mozzarella and Edam blend is what keeps this from being greasy throughout. Edam holds its structure where mozzarella melts flat, so there's still some texture under the pepperoni once the pizza comes out.
