A 345g thin and crispy pizza carrying pepperoni, ham and mushrooms over a mozzarella and Edam blend on passata sauce. It's the meat pizza of the Ristorante range without being a meat-lovers pile-up. Running two cheeses is standard across the line. Edam is firmer and nuttier than mozzarella and browns rather than pooling, which keeps a thin base from going slack under three toppings. Pepperoni and ham do different jobs here. The pepperoni brings oil and spice, the ham brings salt and bulk, and the mushrooms absorb some of what the pepperoni releases. It's the closest thing in the range to a pizzeria capricciosa.
