Spiral pasta, tuna pieces and mixed vegetables sit in a light creamy sauce in this frozen meal. Peas, corn and capsicum bring colour and a bit of sweetness, while the pasta shape helps hold the sauce in its ridges. Compared with other Woolworths frozen meals, it’s one of the more straightforward seafood options in the range. The tuna gives it a different profile from the usual chicken, beef or bacon-based trays, and the lighter sauce keeps the ingredient list doing most of the work.
