Biscuit base, marshmallow dome and chocolate coating, all stacked into a neat three-layer snack. Bite through the shell and you get a firm biscuit underneath, a soft marshmallow centre in the middle, and a coating that snaps before it gives way. Compared with other Belmont biscuits in Aldi's lineup, this one leans into texture more than filling or cream. It's closer in structure to a chocolate marshmallow biscuit or wagon wheel than to a plain cookie, with each part doing a different job in the bite.
