Thick-cut kettle-cooked potato chips seasoned with sea salt, these come in a plain salted format that keeps the ingredient list short. Potato, vegetable oil and salt are really the whole story, with some chips showing darker edges or bits of skin from the cut and cook. Compared with standard supermarket chips, the slices are broader and denser, so the crunch runs louder and the potato flavour stays front and centre. Blackstone sits in Aldi’s premium snack line, aimed at the same space as Red Rock Deli and Kettle, but with Aldi’s house brand branding on the pack.
