Milk chocolate squares each contain a centre of flowing caramel in this 200g block. Break off a piece and the caramel can run at room temperature, then firm up a bit after chilling. The chocolate shell gives the usual snap, while the filling stays smooth and buttery. Compared with other Choceur blocks, this one leans into contrast rather than mix-ins or layered textures. It sits in the same broad caramel-chocolate space as Cadbury Caramello, with individually moulded squares that make portioning easier, even if the caramel still tends to escape.
