Dark chocolate, caramel and sea salt come together in a 200g block, with a dark chocolate shell giving way to a caramel centre and sea salt crystals dotted through for occasional sharp hits. Compared with milk chocolate salted caramel blocks, it leans more on cocoa bitterness and less on sweetness. Choceur's lineup includes plenty of straightforward chocolate blocks, but this one adds a second and third flavour layer rather than just a single filling. Balance depends on how much caramel and salt you catch in each piece, so the experience changes as you break it up and eat it. It's the most complex block in the Choceur range.
