With no cocoa solids, it reads as creamy, pale and firmly vanilla-led, with a smooth melt rather than any bitter chocolate notes. Within the Choceur line, it sits beside the milk and dark blocks and is the sweetest of the three. Like most white chocolate, it's more about dairy richness and sugar than cocoa flavour, so the texture and vanilla profile do most of the work.
