Hard, golden biscuits made with wheat flour, sugar and butter flavouring, these are baked flat and stamped into the familiar shell shape. They’re the crunchy end of Arnott’s biscuit range, with a dry, brittle snap and a butterscotch-like flavour that comes through as they warm in the mouth. Unlike softer tea biscuits, they’re built to hold their shape right through the packet. They’re sold as a plain biscuit rather than a filled one, so the texture does most of the work.
