What is it?

Two chocolate biscuits sandwich chocolate cream and raspberry jam, built in the same layered style as Arnott’s Monte Carlo. Instead of a coconut biscuit and vanilla cream, this version swaps in cocoa through the biscuit and the filling, so the whole thing stays firmly in chocolate territory. The raspberry jam still sits in the middle, bringing the sweet-tart fruit note that cuts through the cream. It’s a biscuit-format snack, with a crisp snap, soft centre, and a familiar stacked construction that lines it up closely with the rest of the Monte Carlo family.
