Round Arnott's biscuits are topped on one side with white icing and a scatter of multicoloured hundreds and thousands. Underneath, the biscuit is plain, sweet, and crisp, with a clean snap rather than a crumbly centre. The sprinkles add a small sugary crunch and a bit of colour, but the base stays very simple. Within Arnott's biscuit range, these sit closer to iced tea biscuits than plain shortbreads or cream-filled varieties.
